It almost seems as if though the whole world is worshiping at the feet of Bad Bunny. Most everywhere you look, the pundits are lavishing praise on an NFL halftime performance filled with disgusting perversion. Here’s a few headlines:
CNN: “Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance redefined what it means to be an American patriot”
The New York Times: “Bad Bunny Delivers Joyful Super Bowl Halftime Show”
The Washington Post: “WaPo Applauds Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show as ‘Wholesome’ and ‘Family-Friendly’”
Marietta Daily Journal: “Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show celebrated America – all of it – with a message of unity”
The problem with this is that if the “Bad Bunny” NFL half-time show was done in English, and not in Spanish – the NFL would have been fined into next year for airing this filth. And since it was done in Spanish, how is that at all “unifying”?
It is sad how so many people are so deeply deceived. According to Megan Basham: “professing Christians in the Kentucky senate and at America’s most recognized evangelical magazine saying Christians should have embraced and celebrated this to show love and to show that we are welcoming.”
Seriously??? What is wrong with these so-called “Christians”? Anyone? We should celebrate perversion and filth, so as to be “welcoming,” have these people lost their minds?
There was even a real wedding during the show, officiated by a real pastor, wow, I don’t have the words. It was “an honor,” for him to be a part of this he said. This “pastor’s” ordination should be immediately revoked with prejudice, and he should never, ever, preach the Word of God again.
The Christian Post ran an article on the Bad Bunny halftime show – they did not have one negative thing to say about it, not one! Bad Bunny did this, Bad Bunny did that, like he is this great guy, a man of the times, and this was great entertainment. Sad.
Here is a short clip of this “family friendly” entertainment the NFL put on – guys grabbing their crotches, guys thrusting their groins at women’s butts, it’s disgusting. Let’s not forget that this was to be “family friendly,” there were children watching this show.
One of the songs was “Safaera,” the lyrics (WARNING – if you click this link, the lyrics are VERY graphic and perverted), are absolutely disgusting. In this “song,” during the halftime performance, there was a scene where two men were grinding on each other. The NFL wouldn’t want the LGBTQ to not feel included.
I can’t seem to find a definitive translation on what exactly Bad Bunny sang during the show. I can’t understand why someone hasn’t come out with this already. Some say that he sang the song lyrics “as is,” just like on his recordings, some say he altered them, some say he deliberately mumbled through the curse words, etc.
You can easily look up his set list, and the original lyrics. Here’s the thing – his songs are filled with debauchery and every disgusting thing imaginable. This is who we are supposed to be celebrating as the purveyor of “love,” and “unity”?
Some have roundly criticized Kid Rock as the star of the TPUSA show broadcast as an alternative to the Bad Bunny show. Yes, Kid Rock has done some pretty disgusting things in the past, that can’t be denied, but the past is just that, the past. So, let’s make this a fair comparison, forget each man’s past history. Bad Bunny’s performance centered around questionable degenerative lyrics with intense sexual messaging, all done in Spanish. Kid Rock sang about redemption (If you were paying attention), and Jesus.
Kid Rock added a verse to the cover he performed of Cody Johnson’s, “Til’ You Can’t” –
“There’s a book that’s sitting in your house somewhere that could use some dusting off / There’s a man that died for all our sins hanging from the cross / You can give your life to Jesus and he’ll give you a second chance / ‘Til you can’t, ’til you can’t.” (Source)
Then there is also this, there were no subtitles included so that the non-Spanish speaking people would be able to understand what Bad Bunny was saying – gee, I wonder why that was?
I don’t agree with everything that Glenn Beck says, nor do I endorse his religion, that being said, he had a pretty good take on the NFL halftime show, and he really hit the nail on the head with this comment:
Glenn Beck: “The NFL, declared last night, that America is over as you understand it.”
Bad Bunny ended the show with this as part of it:
“’The only thing more powerful than hate is love,’ Bad Bunny said, the message mirrored on a billboard behind him.
“’God bless America,’ he added…” (Source)
So, because he was supportive of his homeland, and he mentioned love, and, God bless America, his show was a rousing, inclusive, and family friendly event to be celebrated.
Seriously??? What’s next, human sacrifice to Satan – while proclaiming that love trumps hate? Ah silly me, we already do this – it’s called abortion.
